Tilcia Pilates Studio in Pacific Beach has been serving local clients since 2005. Clients range from pre-and post-rehabilitation injuries to “active agers,” including surfers seeking to keep up and surpass the crowds in the line-up.

“What makes us different is that Tilcia Studios is a comprehensive Pilates and CoreAlign studio offering a private boutique-sized setting, and this works for people who want one-on-one instruction,” said Lizbeth Garcia, owner of the studio at 4655 Cass St. “We design the workout specifically for your individual health and fitness needs and goals.

The Pilates master trainer is also proud of the accomplishments of her pupils.
