My breakfast: I start my day with a glass of lukewarm water after one hour a bowl of oats with fruits, dry fruits and honey.
My lunch: Two rotis with daal and mixed vegetables and salad / Two rotis with chicken breast and salad. Sometimes adding curd too.
My dinner: One big bowl of salad which includes a mix of veggies (green vegetables, boiled or raw), chicken, paneer, eggs, green moong, chana, chowlia, rajma etc. I change the mix according to my preference and taste of the day.
Pre-workout meal: One cup Green Tea/ Energy drink(homemade)
Post- workout meal: Post workout mosambi juice and coconut water. After an hour, protein shake.
I indulge in (What you eat on your cheat days): Cheat diet comes monthly twice or thrice for me…and I eat whatever i like on those days,yeah but quantifying it well..I am not overeating at any time.
Low-calorie recipes I swear by: Well I make my own salads, they are not just a healthy low-calorie meal idea, but I genuinely feel it’s the yummiest of all!
