ONE single woman has said that she is giving up on dating – as she believes she can not fit into the current dating culture in her 40s.

Charlotte Henderson gives three main reasons as to why she feels she is unsuited to the dating world of today.

Taking to her TikTok account, to upload the post that has now gone viral, Charlotte says that she feels everyone plays games on the dating scene nowadays.

Posting under the domain @lottiehenderson1 Charlotte said: “It is time to give up on dating. That is it, I’m done. I will never, fit into this dating culture, ever.”

“Here are three reasons why. One, I don’t multi-date. I can’t multi-date. If I’m dating someone, I won’t continue swiping, looking for the next best thing. You have my attention” added the woman.

Charlotte said that she feels that multi-dating is creating a competitive situation, within a potential relationship.

“I’m not talking to multiple people, and putting this into some form of competition, that’s not my style, I can’t do it,” she said.

Adding: “Secondly, I don’t ghost. Why? Because I’m an adult. and I can actually have a conversation, and explain how I feel, quite clearly.”

For her final point, Charlotte says that she refuses to play mind games, but feels this choice puts her in the minority.

“I don’t play mind games. I don’t play any form of games. What ya see, is what ya get. I won’t blow hot and cold, you will never be in doubt about how I feel about you and I like the same back” she said.

Adding: “See, I will never fit into this dating culture.”

“At last someone who talks the truth…2021 dating is a nightmare. I feel your pain” said one person.

Another said: “I agree with you. It is better to be single and have friends that this ridiculous dating scene now. Kudos to you.” commented a third.
